Bennie Ray Hill was born, February 1, 1955 in Beaumont, Texas to Timothy Hill Sr. and Florida Key Hill. He graduated from South Park High School in 1973.
Bennie Ray was employed at the City of Beaumont for 18 years. He worked at Courville Catering Services and The Barn at Indian Springs for many years as their main bartender.
