Pamela Anita Brown Frank was born May 17, 1965, to Mirner H. Brown Sr. and Rosa Lee Pickens in Beaumont, Texas.

She confessed to Christ and at an early age.  She was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and she was a loved visitor of Abundant Life Church.

There are three steps to Heaven – out of self, into Christ: into Glory.

Pamela was a 1983 graduate of West Brook High School.  She attended Delta Career Institute where she earned a degree in Medical Administration.  She later attended Lamar University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  She was employed as a Case Manager with the City of Beaumont Health Department, the State of Texas Health Department, and a Substitute Teacher for the Beaumont Independent School District.

Pamela took these first two steps in life and lived a beautiful life in Christ.

On June 27, 2019, she took the third step where there is no weeping, no pain, no sorrow, and no disappointment we know she is satisfied and reaping the great reward reserved for the faithful.

Pamela was preceded in death by her father, mother, and sister, Kathryn A. Brown Guidry.

Pamela leaves to cherish sweet memories of her with her son, Jalen Frank; brother, Mirner H. Brown, Jr.: sisters, Mirner Renee Brown, and Tonya Booker, six step-brothers and step-sisters, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and (her crew Rejina, Roylene, Eileen, Felicia, Pat, Albert, Kim, Margaret, Pam, David, and James).

On Saturday, July 6, 2019 there will be a Gathering of Family and Friends at 11 a.m. and a Memorial Celebration of Life Service at 1 p.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Beaumont, Texas located at 3920 W Cardinal Dr.
