Rashema was born on January 9, 1981 in Dominguez Hospital to Tilton Glenn and Urenda Scott. 

She attended Trinity Street Elementary in Los Angeles, Mark Twain Middle School in Port Arthur, TX, and Stephen F Austin High School from 1995 to 1997. Rashema was an excellent student and on the Drill Team called the “Western Stars. She also was enrolled in the Cosmetology program at Stilwell Technical Center where she earned over 1200 hours towards her accreditation with continued education. 

In 1997 she moved back to California to be with her family and graduated from Dominguez High School in 1999. 

She then and moved back to Texas to start college; during that time and attended North Harris College studying business. 

Rashema eventually started working for Washington Mutual Bank for several years as a Mortgage Loan Processor and in Customer Banking Operations. She worked for IBM in Austin for a year as an executive assistant and these most recent years in Home Health Care. 

She had a heart of giving and was very fierce when she believed in something or someone. 

She was a hard worker and progressed in every position she had.

Rashema passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at her home in Houston, Texas.

Rashema leaves behind her daughter, Samani Alyssa Hardy; father, Tilton Glen; stepmother, Lolita Glenn; sisters, Ciera Glenn, Tiauna Glenn, and Alexis Glenn; nephews, Cameron Jackson and Makaih Shaw; and nieces, Myiah Trone and Marle Trone; her aunts, Bridgette Dennis, La, Vera Major and her godmother/favorite aunt, Telesia Glenn; great aunt, Annette Gordan; uncles including, Mark King and Tony Glenn all residing in Los Angeles, CA. She also leaves behind her Port Arthur, TX area family; great aunt, Sherry Mack; great uncles, Darrell Simien (Cheryl), Paul Simien( Moyola) Sr., Lawrence Simien (Melody), Roosevelt Scott, William Scott, Earl and Marie Conley, great uncle and aunt, all residing in Port Arthur TX along with many cousins and other close family members.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, A’nya Marie Hardy; mother, Urenda Scott Landry; and brother, Tyrell C. Jackson, along with other relatives.
