Frances Pearl Williams, 91, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away at her home with her family on Thursday, January 7, 2021. Frances was a retired school nurse with the Beaumont Independent School District. Memories are left to her sons, Benjamin Keith Mansfield, and Byron Mansfield (Roxane); brothers, Edward Moore (Loretta), Charles Moore, Wallace Moore (Jo Anne), and Richard Moore; sisters, Annie Fisher, Shirley Brown, Veanna Moore, Helen Moore and Linda Faye Fontenot (Shelton); seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one great-grandchild; her caregiver, Emma Peterson; a host family and friends. On Friday, January 15, 2021, there will be a visitation at 9 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. at Comeaux Community Funeral Chapel, 624 Irma St., Beaumont, TX. She will be buried at Live Oak Memorial Park.
